顶岗实习已经成为高职教育中一门重要实践教学课程。如何解决高职院校顶岗实习中科学管理、教学质量等实际问题,显得尤为重要。本文提出在顶岗中要求学校、企业、学生形成"三结合",采取有效途径,提高顶岗实习教学质量,培养良好的职业能力和职业素养,对顶岗实习实现高效管理。

Intership program has become an important practice course of vocational college.It seems very important how to resolve the practical problems of proper management and teaching quality of vocational college intership program.This paper propose the three combination of college,enterprise and students,use effective ways to make progress on teaching quality of intership program,cultivate good professional skill and good grofessional accomplishment,and got effective management of intership program.
