Personal knowledge management is an important way to train information literacy and ability of overall competitiveness in the college students.This paper tries to analyze the meaning of personal knowledge management and internet technology environment characteristics,and proposes the era needs of personal knowledge management.It also discusses the significance and implementation strategy of internet technology platform for personal knowledge management in the college students.
