摘要
"神化"与"物化"的思想观念带来了"人"的缺失,"以人为本"的理念应是我国教师队伍建设的路向。回归"人"的教师教育,要把教师看成是生活中的"人",以尊重、理解、信任、友爱等方式去对待教师,制定和创建人性化的教师管理制度。
The ideological concept of ＂Deification＂ and ＂materialization＂ has brought the deficiency of ＂Human＂, the idea of ＂ People-oriented ＂ should be the direction of the teacher troop construction now. In teacher＇s education which return to ＂Human＂, teachers should be seen as ＂people＂ who live in reality. They should be treat in respect, understanding, trust, friendship, etc and a personalized teacher management system should be established and created.
