摘要
文章解析了成绩本位教师文化的表现,在反思成绩本位教师文化消极影响的基础上,通过生态本位教师文化的构建实现对成绩本位教师文化的转向和超越。最后,从教学自身的构成要素入手,阐释了生态本位教师文化的大致框架和内涵。
Articles tell the achievement of teacher culture,base on standard of achievement in the reflection of the negative influence teachers' cultural standard , build the standard of ecological construction of teacher culture for steering and beyond of teacher culture of grades standard. Finally, from the elements of teaching itself, explain the ecological standard of teacher culture connotation and the general framework.
