Some Problems and Development Ideas of Our Financial Trust Industry

根据我国金融信托业存在的问题，从宏观、微观及法律环境三个方面对此进行了论述；文章提出金融信托业的发展思路，包括经营模式选择、创新业务品种、健全法律法规。

There exist some problems of financial trust industry in China now.The article analyses the problems and proposes some development ideas of financial trust in the future including the selection of the operating pattern,the creation of new products,the perfection of rules and regulations,the strengthening of supervision and control,etc.
