从市场需求和产品销售价格的变化阐述了石化项目投资时机选择的重要性，并指出：当前我国石化项目正面临良好的投资时机。
Based on the changes in market demand and product selling price,the paper discussed the importance of seizing investment opportunity in petrochemical projects.It is indicated that China petrochemical projects are facing favorable atmosphere of investment opportunity.
