摘要
利用HSPICE软件对高速脉冲驱动电路进行了仿真分析。通过仿真清晰地了解脉冲电路中的寄生参数对电路的影响,为后续制作电路板提供了参考。与近似仿真分析不同,为了准确地反映LD的特性,建立了半导体激光器的大信号SPICE模型;然后设计了高速MOSFET开关电路仿真原理图,分析确定该电路中的各种参数。仿真的最终结果和实际电路的测试结果相一致。
High-speed pulse driven circuit was simulated by the HSPICE software and the effects of the parasitic parameters of the circuit can be clearly learned through simulation,and it supplies a reference for the latter job about making the circuit board.It is different from approximate simulation,in order to reflect the characteristic of the LD accurately,a big signal SPICE model of semiconductor laser is built,and then schematic diagram of the high-speed MOSFET switch circuit is designed.After analyzing and determining the parameters,the circuit is simulated and the simulation result is consistent with the actual circuit.
