摘要
以云南内燃机厂生产的缸套-活塞环为研究对象,对磨损过程中的润滑油样进行铁谱分析,依据磨粒的识别特征、磨损表面形貌及磨损表面化学成分,探讨了纳米铜润滑油添加剂的减磨机制,为纳米添加剂在油品中的合理应用提出了参考性的建议。
Using the cylinder-piston ring of Yunnan Engine Factory,the ferrography research of the abrasion-lubricating-oil is made,then explore the anti-atttrition mechanism of nano-copper additive based on the character or chemical composition of the abrasion particle is explore,and equitable apply to the nano—lubricant additives for lubricating oil is given.
