摘要
通过对断裂泵轴的化学成分、机械性能、金相组织以及蚀坑内的腐蚀产物等方面的分析,表明在有腐蚀存在时,泵轴的圆角过渡表面处截面尺寸的突变,且过渡表面处的圆角半径过小,在交变的旋转弯曲载荷作用下导致了泵轴的突然断裂。同时也提出改进意见。
The results based on analysis of pump's axle the chemical composition,mechanical properties,microstructure and corrosion products in the hole on failed pump's axle show the section transition of pump's axle is very severe and the radius round a comer is too small.When many corrosion holes are in existence here,rotating bend alternative loading causes the fracture of pump's axle.At the same time,the relevant improving measures is put forward.
