3-DCRT治疗前膀胱准备方法的改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨不同饮水量及憋尿时间对膀胱充盈度的影响,以对盆腔肿瘤三维适形放疗(3—DCRT)前膀胱准备提供依据。选择接受3—DCRT的盆腔肿瘤患者60例,将其随机分为对照组和实验组各30例。对照组:3—DCRT治疗前单纯饮水(600~700)mL等待自然憋尿。实验组:3—DCRT治疗前饮水600mL,同时口服50%葡萄糖20mL+呋塞米片20mg。记录两组患者的饮水量、膀胱充盈度和时间,治疗完成时询问并记录患者的满意度。比较两组的膀胱充盈度、膀胱充盈时间和患者满意度。结果实验组患者在饮水量、膀胱充盈度、充盈时间及患者满意度方面均优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异。说明饮水的同时口服50%葡萄糖20mL+呋塞米片20mg时膀胱充盈好且时间短,无明显副作用,提高了患者满意度和工作效率。 To explore the volume of water to drink and how long it take to fill the bladder,thus it can provide the basis to control the filling of the bladder before three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3—DCRT).60 patients with tumor of pelvis who accepted 3—DCRT were chosen and divided into control group(30 patients)and experimental group(30 patients).Control group:the patients drank(600~700)mL of water and waited the filling of the bladder naturally.Experimental group;The patients drank 600 mL of water,20 mL of 50% of glucose and 20 mg of furosemide.The volume of water,how long to take to fill the bladder,and the degree of satisfaction of patients were recorded and compared.It is resulted that all items of experimental group were superior to contol group,and the two groups had significant different.It is obtained that methods that the patients drank 600 mL of water,20 mL of 50% of glucose and 20 mg furosemide can not only shorten the waiting time to fill the bladder but also have no side effects.It also improve the satisfaction of patients and the efficiency of treatment.
