摘要
为解决深井上Φ311井段、深层井段的机械钻速低、周期长、钻井成本高的问题,设计出组合式PDC钻头。在Solid-Works环境下创建复合钻头模型,使用合理的链接并装配,然后以iges文件导出,在导入有限元分析软件。对复合钻头设置载荷、约束及边界条件,确定初始条件,模拟钻头和地层相互运动、接触性分析。对复合钻头的几何设计和性能设计提供了丰富的、有用的信息,同时叙述了组合钻头的破岩原理。采用新型PDC复合片、钻头结构和钻头设计参数,能够提高Φ311井眼及深层的机械钻速。
The integral PDC drill bit for solving the problem of the low drill rate,the long period and the high cost in the Φ311 well site and depth well site are designed.The model of the integral PDC drill bit under the SolidWorks is built,useing the reasonable link and assembling,then export it with iges file,and import ABAQUS analysis software.To set up load,restriction,and the original condition simulate the movement between drill bit and stratum.They supply plentiful useful information for the design and function of the integral PDC drill bit,while stating the principle of destroying the rock of the integral PDC drill bit.The drill rate in theΦ311 well site and depth well site can be raised when useing the new compact,the construction and parameter of drill bit.
