阿布森回收沥青方法的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过对阿布森回收沥青方法关键技术的研究,进一步规范阿布森回收沥青的试验规程,提高试验结果的可靠性。对三种回收溶剂的比较表明,三氯乙烯与道路石油沥青具有更好的溶解性,沥青回收更彻底,回收沥青的技术指标可重复性与复现性较好。提出了空白沥青标定法及其使用条件,通过空白沥青标定、控制回收溶液浓度、改善加热方式,以及确定恒温持续加热时间等关键技术参数等方法,可以大大提高试验结果的可靠度,并通过比对试验予以证实。提出了回收沥青技术指标重复性与复现性的允许差。 In order to enhance reliability of Abson test,sticking points of the Abson recovery testing steps were researched.The solubility of trichloroethylene and bitumen is maximal and recovery of bitumen is most thorough in the three recovery solvents.The demarcate method of original asphalt and applied condition were put forward.The reliability of Abson test could be improves by some means,such original asphalt demarcate method,controlling consistency of reclaim solution,improving heating means,confirming heating time in constant temperature and so on.These are prove by contrast examinations.The allowable repeatable error and allowable repeatability error of performance indexs of reclaim bitumen are brought forward.
