摘要
卫生服务的覆盖和可及程度、卫生服务的质量、卫生费用的控制、卫生资源的配置利用效率,这是世界和我国今后卫生改革的重点和难点。为了及时反映我国卫生服务变化的特点和趋势,根据国家卫生服务调查和医疗机构统计年报的信息,就当前我国卫生服务供需双方的基本状况和深化卫生改革的几个问题加以归纳和分析,并提出讨论。
It ' s key points and difficult points not only in China, but also in the world in the coverage of health services and quality of health services and control of health expenditure as well as effective use of health resources.
