综合性区域卫生发展项目(卫Ⅲ项目)的效果评价

Effectiveness Evaluation on Comprehensive Regional Health Planing Project (Health Project III )

本文采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对综合性区域卫生规划项目(世行贷款卫Ⅲ项目)的效果和效益进行了评价,肯定了本项目所取得的主要成果。指出卫Ⅲ项目已经达到了预期的目的和目标,其所总结的成功经验与有关的区域卫生规划方法已具备向国内非项目地区推广,且具有较强的可持续性。

The effectiveness and benefitiveness of comprehensive regional health planing project (Health Project III Loaded by World Bank)have been assessed with qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods. The main achievements have been reviewed systematically. This paper pointed out that Health project III had reached the goals and objectives, the experience and relative methods would be generalized in other areas of China. Its sustainable developments can be expected.
