比索洛尔与福辛普利联合应用对高血压病患者左室舒张功能的影响

The effect of bisoprolol with fosinopri on hypertension patients with left ventricular diastolic insufficiency

目的观察比索洛尔与福辛普利联合应用对高血压病患者左室舒张功能的影响。方法将82例高血压病左心室舒张功能减低的患者随机分为两组，治疗组41例：比索洛尔与福辛普利联用；对照组41例：仅福辛普利口服。疗程16周，应用多普勒组织成像技术（DTI），分别检测两组治疗前后左心室等容舒张时间（IVRT）二尖瓣隔环舒张早期最大峰值流速（Ea），舒张晚期最大峰值流速（Aa），计算Ea／Aa峰值速度比值，左室舒张功能指标，并观察心率（HR）、血压（BP）。结果治疗组在改善左室舒张功能包括超声心动图参数及心率、血压方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论比索洛尔与福辛普利联合应用对改善高血压病患者左室舒张功能的疗效优于单用福辛普利组。

Objective To evaluate the effect of bisoprolol with fosin-opri on hypertension patients with left ventricular diastolic insufficiency. Methods A total of 82 hypertension patients with left ventricular diastolic insufficiency were randomly derided into tow groups. 41cases were given bisoprolol with fosinopri, the rest were given fosinopri. The course of che-motherapy was 16 weeks. To test the statistical difference of pre-pos treatment by Doppler tissue Imaging, which contains IVRT, E pead, A peak, E/A, HR and BP. Results The patients in the combinative group had a signifi-cantly change in before and after 16 weeeks（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The combinative of bisoprolol with fosinopri in hypertension patients with left ventricular diastolic has a better effect than fosinopri only.
