目的观察MTX联合米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选择2006年1月至2007年8月我院收治的182例异位妊娠要求保守治疗的病例，随机分成两组：治疗组91例采用MTX联合米非司酮治疗，对照组91例采用MTX单药治疗。结果治疗组治愈82例，治愈率90．10％；对照组组治愈75例，治愈率75．82％。结论MTX联合米非司酮疗效理想。而且具有安全，方便，在临床工作中值得推广。

Objective To observe the combined mifepristone MTX treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical efficacy. Methods From January 2006 to August 2007 in our hospital 182 cases of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy cases required, were randomly divided into two groups：91 patients treated with MTX mifepristone treatment, the control group with 91 cases MTX monotherapy. Results 82 patients were cured, the cure rate was 90. 10% ; control group, 75 patients were cured and the cure rate was 75. 82 percent. Conclusion MTX efficacy of mifepristone ideal. But also safe, convenient and worth promoting in the clinical work.
