摘要
目的观察灵芝孢子粉对2型糖尿病大鼠睾丸IL-1 β、TNF-α的影响。方法Wistar雄性大鼠50只,随机分成3组(正常组、模型组、灵芝组)。采用放免法检测睾丸IL-1 β、TNF-α的含量。结果糖尿病组与正常对照组比较,IL-1 β、TNF-α含量明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。而灵芝组与糖尿病组比较,IL-1 β、TNF-α含量明显低于糖尿病组(P〈0.05)。结论灵芝孢子粉能有效降低IL-1 β、TNF-α对糖尿病大鼠生殖系统的毒性损害,对糖尿病大鼠生殖系统的细胞凋亡有明显抑制,从而是对睾丸细胞起保护作用的机制之一。灵芝孢子粉作为一种治疗糖尿病的辅助用药,在临床应用上具有广阔前景。
Objective To observe ganoderma lucidum spore powder perishes weakly on type 2 diabetes big mouse testis cell IL-1 β、TNF-α expression influence. Methods 50 Wistar big mouse randomly were divid- ed into 3 groups control group, diabetes group, ganoderma lucidum group. Radioimmunoassay examines testis cell factor IL-1 β、TNF-αlevels. Results Diabetes group and the normal control group,IL-1 βand TNF-αwere significantly higher( P 〈 0. 05 ). The ganoderma lucidum group and diabetes group,IL-1 β、TNF-α levels significantly lower than diabetes group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The ganoderma lucidum spore can effectively reduce the IL-1 β、TNF-αlevels in diabetes rats toxic damage to the reproductive system, probably in diabetes rats reproductive system of apoptosis significantly inhibition of testicular cells so protective effect from one of the mechanisms. Ganoderma lucidum spore as a complementary treatment of diabetes treatment in clinical applications, has broad prospects.
