联用复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

目的观察联用复方丹参滴丸在治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）3期的疗效。方法选择156例糖尿病肾病3期患者，在常规使用ACEI类或ARB类药物治疗的基础上，其中80例加用复方丹参滴丸治疗。12周后比较治疗前后临床指标变化。结果联合使用复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病有效率95％，尿蛋白量明显减少。结论复方丹参滴丸可联合用于治疗糖尿病肾病，可明显减少尿蛋白量，延缓糖尿病肾病的进展，提高患者生活质量。
