摘要
目的探索负压封闭引流技术治疗损伤感染创面的临床治疗与护理要点。方法对污染较重肢体皮肤软组织缺损的患者应用负压封闭引流技术治疗，观察其临床治疗与护理效果。结果2008年11月至2010年10月，30例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗的患者的损伤感染创面全部愈合，无护理并发症发生。结论应用负压封闭引流技术治疗损伤感染创面疗效确切，密切的护理观察和引流管的管理是护理的关键环节。
Objective To search the main points of clinical therapy and nursing for infective raw sur- face by suction wound closure therapy. Methods 1To treat infective raw surface by vacuum sealing drainage dressing. Observe the elinical therapy and nursing efficacy. Reslflts From November 2008 to October 2010, thirty patients of infective raw surface were treated by this method. The good function and certain result were achieved. The clinical therapy and nursing results were satisfactory with no eomplieations. Conclusion Treat- ment of infective raw surface by suetion wound closure therapy is an ideal and effective method for the manage- ment of infective raw surface. Intimate nursing observation and drainage tube administration are the key points of nursing.
