摘要
目的改革传统实验教学方法,提高病理学实验教学效果。方法选取临床医学大专班120名学生,进行“以问题为基础的学习(PBL)”优化组合教学法在病理学实验教学与传统实验教学方法对比研究。结果PBL实验组的实验考核成绩和教学效果显著高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论PBL优化组合教学法在病理实验教学中优于传统的病理实验教学,值得进一步实践推广。
Objective To improve the teaching effect of pathology, innovate tradition teaching meth- ods. Methods Comparative study the teaching effect between problem based learning (PBL) and tradition teaching methods in 120 students of clinical medicine. Results The students of experimental group have forged ahead with their work. P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Distinctly, PBL is better then tradition teaching methods, wor- thy of extensin.
