二尖瓣脱垂解剖分区的经食管超声心动图研究进展 被引量:2

Development of transesophageal echocardiography in the anatomical regions of mitral valve prolapse

摘要 二尖瓣脱垂(mitral valve prolapse)是较为常见的心脏瓣膜疾病,文献报道发病率约占人群3%~5%,女性发病率是男性的两倍[1].二尖瓣脱垂常见的病因是瓣膜黏液样变性、瓣叶冗长、松弛及瓣下结构牵引力异常等,从而导致收缩期二尖瓣叶向左房侧脱垂引起二尖瓣偏心性反流.
