社区医院电子病历及图像管理系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Electronic Medical Record and Image Management System for Out-patients

目的:针对社区医院的实际需求,设计一套门诊电子病历及图像管理系统。方法:根据系统设计理论和具体医院的需求分析,系统采用Client/Server架构模式,SQL Server 2000作为数据库管理系统,选用Visual C++6.0作为开发平台和ADO数据库访问接口技术,实现了多种病案资料的有序管理及多种医学图像处理功能。结果:利用该系统可以实现多种病案资料的计算机管理,并且系统提供一个拥有丰富的图像处理功能的医学图像处理平台。结论:该系统的应用能够有效解决社区医院面临的病历管理问题,满足社区医院的信息化需要。

Objective：In this paper,we give a solution of electronic medical record and image management system for out-patients,especially for community hospital.Methods：The research is based on the system design theory and the demand analysis of community hospital.The design,based on Client/Server architecture model,using SQL Server 2000 as a database management system,choosing Visual C＋＋6.0 as a development platform and ADO database access interface technology,is realized.Results：The system realizes a unified management of multiple medicine resource,and it can provide a medical image processing platform,which has a wealth of image processing functions.Conclusions：The application of the system can effectively solve the problems of case history management,and meet the information for community hospital.
