摘要
上颌发育不足是唇腭裂患者最常见的并发症,但合并重度牙列缺损者并不多见。此类患者除影响其口腔功能及面部美观外,也增加了其后续序列治疗的难度。本文报告1例该类患者,探索其上颌发育不足及牙列缺损的原因,提出该患者后续治疗的难度所在,提示先天因素和前期治疗的并发症对后续治疗的影响。
Patients with cleft lip and palate secondary maxillary hypoplasia combined with severe dentition defect are rare to be observed.But in such patients,not only the oral function and the facial aesthetics are affected,but also the hardship of the successive treatment is increased.A case reported in this paper is expected to explore the cause of maxillary hypoplasia and severe dentition defect and also to present the influence of congenital factors and complications of previous treatment on successive treatment.
