Fibulin-3与Fibulin-5在盆腔器官脱垂发病机制中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapsed,POP)是妇科常见病,严重影响中老年妇女的生活质量和身心健康。其发病率随年龄增长而增加。盆底结缔组织中弹性纤维含量和结构的改变与盆腔器官脱垂的发生密切相关,目前研究认为,抗衰老蛋白Fibulin家族中的Fibulin-3与Fibulin-5在调节细胞外基质中弹性纤维的代谢起重要作用,本文就Fibulin-3与Fibulin-5在弹性纤维的合成及分解代谢中的作用加以阐述,以期了解其在POP发病中的作用。
