摘要
企业资源规划(ERP)项目实施涉及到企业的方方面面,因此从项目选型、合同签订、实施到最终验收完成必将是一个相对复杂的过程,笔者从项目全过程的角度重点描述了每一阶段的核心关键点,抓住这些点,对顺利推动该项目的实施必将起到极大的促进作用。
