介绍了办公自动化的基本概念、特点和办公自动化的现状和发展趋势，并对办公自动化实现技术进行了分析研究。以．NET为平台，采用B／S（浏览器／服务器）三层结构为办公自动化系统的结构基础，设计了工作流管理系统体系结构、工作流参考模型。
The office automafion＇s basic concept introduced,the characteristic and office automation present situation and the trend of development,and realized the technology of the office automation to conduct the analytical study.Take the NET platform as the foundation,uses B/S （browser/server） three structures for the office automation system＇s structure foundation,has designed the architecture of work flow management system,and the work flow reference model.
