摘要
介绍了自动车床数控化改造的构思与创意.以DY-NS自动车床的数控化改造为例,介绍如何实现自动车机床加工4016-430材料、钻孔(¢1.61x12.5mm)工序中多次进刀、退刀,而进行的数控化改造,包括数控平台的选择、数控改造中对主要机械部件改装探讨和机床数控改造主要步骤.最后说明了数控改造中的问题并提出了建议.
This paper expatiates on the design and originality on the alteration of numerical control automatic-lathe.Take the DY-NS automatic lathe for example,how to alter the automatic-lathe to numerical control machine is introduced.In order to process the stainless material 4016-430,we drill(¢1.61x12.5mm) and return the tooling many more times,including the choice of the numerical control system,the change of the parts on the automatic-lathe,and the steps on every processing.Finally,some suggestions for the processing alteration are provided.
