摘要 悬架是汽车的重要部件之一,对整车操纵稳定性和平顺性有举足轻重的作用。本文在现有汽车前悬架数据的基础上,用ADAMS/view模块建立双横臂式前悬架模型,并对模型进行仿真计算,通过ADAMS/Insight模块对悬架的部分硬点进行优化。并采用统一目标法中极大极小法对前轮定位参数进行了优化分析,优化结果表明取得了良好的优化结果,进一步改善悬架运动学性能。 The suspension is one of the essential parts of the vehicle,and it plays an important role in vehicle's handling stability and riding comfort.The simulation modeling for the double wishbone independent front suspension by using ADAMS/View based on the parameters obtained from a kind of car was established,and the partial hard-points location of the suspension was optimized by using Adams/Insight.And maximum-minimum optimization of unitive-objective algorithm is utilized to optimize them.The results indicate that the optimal design was correct and reliable,and the performance of the suspension has been improved.
