摘要
通过企业群体权力状况对劳资关系的影响分析,指出企业群体权力失衡、工人权力诉求能力碎片化、权力勾联单一化、工人权力弱化导致劳资关系的不和谐。藉此,对当前劳资冲突现象作出理论和实践的解答。
Serious conflicts between the employers and the employees in current enterprises have already aroused close attention in our society.Based on the analysis of the impact of current enterprise group authority over employee-employer relations,the present paper points out the disharmonious relations between employee-employer relations caused by the unbalance of enterprise authority,the breaking down of workers' appeals,the inflexibility of authority connections and the weakening of workers' rights.
