摘要
富士康跳楼事件所引发的劳资两伤局面表明富士康的劳工福利存在严重问题。依照体面劳动的标准,富士康的劳工福利在福利供应、福利内容以及福利获得三个方面都有明显的"单向度"特征,而其根源就在于"过度的市场化"。富士康若要走出困境,就要在其劳工福利改革中注入可以抵消市场化负面影响的平衡性因素。
The both-hurt situation between employer and worker caused by the suicide in Foxconn showthat there has serious problem in the labour welfare of Foxconn.According to the standards of decent work,the labour welfare of Foxconn has clear 'onedimension' feature from three aspects including welfare supply,welfare content and welfare get.The 'onedimension' feature can be attributed to 'excessive market'.Foxcoon must add balancing factors which can offset market's negative impaction to the reform of labour welfare,if it wants to get out of the dilemma.
