摘要
分析国库集中支付制度的特点,以科学事业单位为切入点对国库集中支付制度进行了研究,并探讨了国库集中支付存在的问题,进而对政府和科学事业单位两个层面提出相应的改进建议。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the national treasury centralized payment,the paper studies the application of national treasury centralized payment in scientific institutions,discusses the problem of the centralized payment and proposes corresponding improving suggestions for the government and scientific institutions.
