护生评判性思维能力培养中的教学因素研究 被引量:19

摘要 [目的]调查护理学本科生的评判性思维能力状况,分析影响护生评判性思维能力培养的教学因素。[方法]采用加利福尼亚评判性思维倾向问卷(CTDI-CV)对护理学本科生进行问卷调查。[结果]护理学本科生评判性思维能力总分为216.74分±23.98分。经统计学分析,影响护生评判性思维能力的教学因素有见习、实习、教学方法、课堂气氛、教学评价内容、教师对护生评价的类型等(P<0.05)。[结论]护理学本科生评判性思维能力总体表现较弱,见习、实习、教学方法、课堂气氛、教学评价内容及教师对护生评价的类型等是培养中的主要影响因素,应开展教学法、教学评价等的研究,以提高护生的评判性思维能力。 Objective:To investigate the status quo of critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates,and to analyze the teaching factors influencing training of critical thinking ability of nursing students.Methods:Nursing undergraduates were investigated by adopting California critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV).Results:The total score of critical thinking ability of nursing students was 216.74± 23.98.Statistical analysis showed that the teaching factors influencing training of critical thinking ability of nursing students included probation,practice,teaching methods,classroom atmosphere,the content of teaching evaluation,types of teacher evaluation on students and so on(P0.05).Conclusion:The critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates in overall was weak.Probation,practice,teaching methods,classroom atmosphere,the content of teaching evaluation,types of teacher evaluation on students were main influence factors.One should unfold studies on teaching methods and teaching evaluation in order to improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students.
