摘要
在集中供暖的热力站控制系统中,由于被控对象本身具有非线性、纯滞后、参数时变等特点,常规的PID控制器难以达到理想的温度控制效果,结合Smith控制和模糊自适应PID控制的优点,提出了一种基于Smith预估补偿的模糊自适应PID控制器。介绍了其控制器的原理并给出了具体的设计方法。在模型匹配和模型失配的情况下进行了仿真研究,结果表明该控制器的动态响应快、超调量小、稳态精度高,具有良好的稳定性和鲁棒性,适用于参数变化的大滞后热力站控制系统。
In the centralized heating substation control system,it is difficult for general PID controller to control the controlled object with nonlinear,large time-delay and time-varying characteristics,the basis of Smith pro forma compensation and fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is proposed which combines the advantages of Smith controller and fuzzy self-tuning PID controller.The structural principle is presented and the design method is given.The simulation of the new control algorithm was studied under the condition of model matching and unmatched model.The result of simulation shows that this controller has the ability of fast dynamic response,small overshooting and high steady-state accuracy,and it has good steadiness and robustness.It is adaptive to heating substation control system with parameter-varying and large time-delay.
