摘要
在底部直径为120mm的锥形流化床中,以过热蒸汽为流化介质,研究了流化氨化造粒制备粒状磷酸一铵的成粒条件。实验考察了喷淋密度、床层温度及流化气速等因素对成粒过程的影响,分析了磷酸一铵颗粒层式生长与团聚生长的机理,并给出了两种生长成粒的操作条件。
The experiment is conducted in the superheated steam fluidized bed to study the effects of the spray density, the temperature of the fluidized bed layer, and the gas velocity on the process of fluidizing ammonification and granulation of monoammonium phosphate(MAP) in a cone fluidized bed with the diameter of 120 mm at the bottom. A mechanism of the growth of MAP granular is discussed. And the working conditions of producing MAP granules are given for two cases.
