微涡流混凝工艺在东海水厂改造中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 采用微涡流反应器对东海水厂孔室反应池进行了改造,改造后单池处理规模从6×104 m3/d提高到8×104 m3/d,出厂水浊度<1 NTU,改造投资40万元。实践表明,微涡流反应器具有混凝效率高,反应时间短,出水水质优,适应能力强,施工方便等优点,具有一定的应用价值。 A micro-whirling reactor was applied for the renovation of chamber reactor in Donghai Waterworks.The capacity of single tank increased from 6×104 m3/d to 8×104 m3/d,and the treated water turbidity was less than 1 NTU.The investment of renovation was 40 000 Yuan RMB.The practice showed that the micro-whirling reactor had the advantages of high efficiency of coagulation,short reaction time,good treated water quality,high adaptability,and convenient for construction.There is a certain value for application.
