分析了沧州市水资源开发利用现状及对降雨和雨水利用潜力进行了阐述,说明了城市化进程中引发的雨水问题、城市雨水利用的必要性和可行性及利用分类,探讨了城市雨水利用的途径,提出了城市雨水利用发展对策,得出了雨水资源作为轻度污染的水源,增加城市雨水资源的利用量,提高城市雨水资源的利用率将是节水型城市建设的有效措施。

Analyzing the presentsituation of the Cangzhou water resources development and carried on the elaboration on the potential using of the rainfall and the rain water explained the rain water question in the urbanized advancement initiates,the urban rain water use＇s necessity and the feasibility and the use classification,have discussed the urban rain water use way,proposed the urban rain water use development countermeasure,obtained the rain water resources as the water source to take the mild concentration,increased the use quantity of the urban rain water resources,will utiliaztion of enhance the urban rain water resources,will be the water-preservation urban construction＇s effective action.
