摘要
印染业是纺织服装产业链条的核心环节,除了对色彩和花型的需求外,几年来对于面料、服装的不同功能特性的需求正日益增长,这必然导致单位重量纤维上化学品使用量的增长。众所周知,化学品对环境的污染非常严重,印染行业的废水排放占到了纺织行业废水排放的80%以上,其污染即来源于在染整过程各工序中未使用完的染化料。不同工艺、不同工序所用到的染化料各不相同,它们所含杂质不同,理化特性差异大。这就导致了印染废水将是一个庞大的污水体系,无法用单一的方法开展污水治理工作,必须分门别类,针对不同工厂、不同批次、不同纤维类别产品的废水排放去设计治污措施。如此一来,就需要大量的专门从事印染废水治理的企业和人员,这便造就了印染废水治理产业。近年来,我国印染布产能不断增长,虽然环保节水的染整设备不断被应用到生产中,但废水排放量却在持续增长。为此,《纺织导报》记者对印染废水进行了深入调研,虽未深入到各个细分环节,但足以展现印染废水排放情况及其治理技术的发展现状。
