On the Economic Cooperation System in Northeast Asian Countries

21世纪伊始,东北亚国家间的经济合作发展进程不仅对区域一体化的参与者来说具有特别的迫切性,而且对整个世界经济体系具有深远影响。建立东北亚区域一体化体制具有客观的有利条件,但这一进程也频频遭遇各种现实难题。而俄罗斯以何种模式加入此进程也需要研究和设计。

At the beginning of 21st century, the process of Northeast Asian contries＇ cooperarion is not only very urgent, but also has a deeply influence on the whole world economic system. There are a lot of objective advantages in constructing the Northeast Asian regional integration. However, it also met many kinds of problems. It is worth studying and devising that in what way Russia will join in the process.
