摘要
由于亚麻粗纱煮漂废液中含有大量的木质素等化合物,而且有人把亚麻粗纱煮漂废液中的木质素等提纯改性制得二苯醚、萘、甲酚、双酚A,利用亚麻粗纱煮漂废液制得的这四种原料制备新型高效环保绿色复鞣剂,解决了传统复鞣剂的制备造成环境污染和传统复鞣剂造成皮革产品脆裂的缺点。
Because there is a lot of lignin and other compounds in the waste liquid by kiering and bleach- ing of flax roving, lignin has been purified. From this process, Phenylether, naphthalene, Cresol, 4,4 '-Isopropylidenediphenol were got. This project used these four materials to make one new type highly efficient environment friendly retanning agent, which solved the following problems: Traditional leather retanning agent polluted the environment and leather production made by retanning agent are easily broken.
