Constructing System of Risk Management for Grain Production And Improving Long Effective Mechanism of Grain Security in China

在对当前我国粮食安全所面临的自然灾害风险、价格波动风险和外资控盘风险全面分析的基础上,分别从风险管理理念、风险管理机构和风险管理体系3个不同视角阐述了目前我国粮食生产风险管理所存在的突出问题,提出通过构建中国粮食生产风险管理体系来完善粮食安全保障的长效机制。

The risks of natural disasters,price fluctuation and foreign capital MA for grain security of China were analyzed comprehensively in this paper.On this basis,the key problems of risk management for grain production were pointed from the perspective of conception,institution and system of risk management.It was proposed to construct system of risk management for grain production to improve long effective mechanism of grain security in China.
