摘要
应用3种不同的脂肪提取方法,对平菇子实体和菌丝体中的脂肪进行提取对比研究。结果表明:最适合平菇多糖提取工艺的是脱脂方法,即脂肪提取液:乙醇(80%);水浴温度:85℃;水浴时间:4h。
Fruitbody and mycelium were treated with three different defatting methods,respectively.Through analyzing of the results,the optimal defatting methods of polysaccharide extraction technology fromPleurotus ostreatus was as follows：fat extraction solvent was 80%ethanol,extraction temperature was 85℃,extraction time was 4h.
