摘要
由糠醛抽出油、乙烯焦油和减压渣油调和制备船用燃料油,考察了温度、调和比、表面活性剂对调和油黏度和闪点的影响。结果表明,当糠醛抽出油∶乙烯焦油∶渣油=1∶5∶1,2∶5∶1和3∶5∶1时,调和油的黏度和闪点达到120#船舶燃料油产品指标;当糠醛抽出油∶乙烯焦油∶渣油=2∶3∶1时,调和油达到180#船舶燃料油产品指标要求。研究还发现,调和油中添加一定量的非离子表面活性剂,能显著减低调和油的黏度,当表面活性剂添加量达到3‰时,黏度降到最低。
The marine fuel was prepared from furfural extraction oil,ethylene tar and vacuum residue.The effects of temperature,harmonic ratio,surfactant on viscosity and flash point of the product oil were investigated.The results show that when furfural extraction oil ∶ethylene tar ∶vacuum residue=1 ∶5 ∶1,2 ∶5 ∶1 and 3 ∶5 ∶1,viscosity and flash point of the blend oil meet the 120# marine fuel require;when furfural extraction oil ∶ethylene tar ∶vacuum residue=2 ∶3 ∶1,two technical indexes,viscosity and flash point of the blend oil meet the 180# marine fuel require.Adding nonionic surfactant into product oil can significantly decrease viscosity of blend oil,when the surfactant recruitment reaches 3‰,the viscosity is minimum.
