新型搭口胶的制备及其对卷烟品质的影响

Preparation of new seam adhesive and its influents on cigarette quality

采用合成及共混工艺制备了新型搭口胶,并对其理化指标、安全性和应用性能进行了评价。结果表明:①新型搭口胶残留单体含量较低,为0.03%,挥发性成分含量低,属实际无毒级;②新型搭口胶适用于多种型号高速卷烟机。对新型搭口胶的主要组成进行了优化,确定采用质量比为9∶1的植醇和橙花叔醇作为消泡剂,苹果酸钠作为pH值调节剂,柠檬酸丁酯作为增塑剂。评价了系列植物提取物在搭口胶中的应用效果,表明在新型搭口胶中加入0.1%的鸡枞菌提取物、0.01%的三七提取液、2%的黄瓜提取液、3%的番茄提取物和0.01%津巴布韦提取物,都具有改善卷烟抽吸品质的功能。

New seam adhesive was prepared via synthesis and blend,and its properties,safety and application were evaluated.The results showed that：①new seam adhesive had lower monomer concentration of 0.03% and volatility content,practical innocent;②it can be applied in cigarette producing of several types of high speed cigarette making machine.The composition of new seam adhesive was optimized,and the optimal composition is：phytol ∶nerol 9 ∶1 as defrother,sodium malate as pH regulator.Application of natural extractives in new seam was evaluated and it showed that 0.1% termitomyces albuminosus extractive,0.01% pseudo-ginseng extractive,2% cucumber extractive,3% tomato extractive and Zimbabwe tobacco extractive all can promote the sensitive quality of cigarette.
