摘要
以淀粉为原料,通过溶剂法合成了羧甲基淀粉,并考察了反应条件对产物封堵性能的影响。结果表明,羧甲基淀粉的封堵性能受反应物料配比、反应时间及反应温度影响。随反应时间增加,反应温度升高,溶液的封堵性能先增大后减少,存在最佳值。产物具有最佳封堵能力的反应条件为:反应原料比为nAGI∶nNaOH∶n氯乙酸=8∶8∶1,最佳反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3 h。
Carboxymethyl starch was synthesized by solvent method from starch,and the effect of reaction conditions on plugging properties was studied.The results showed that the plugging properties of carboxymethyl starch were affected by the ratio of the reaction materials,reaction time and reaction temperature.With increasing reaction time,reaction temperature,the plugging properties of carboxymethyl starch increases and then decreases.The best reaction conditions were as follows:material ratio nAGI ∶nNaOH ∶nchloroacetic acid = 8 ∶8 ∶1,optimal temperature 50 ℃,reaction time 3 h.
