莪术中挥发性成分的酶提取及GC-MS分析

摘要 采用纤维素酶提取法(CE)和水蒸气蒸馏提取法(DSE)提取莪术药材中的挥发油成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行化学成分分析,分别鉴定出34种和26种化学成分,用峰面积归一法,通过数据处理系统得出各化学成分,分别占挥发油总成分的67.61%和60.15%,共同组分中,含量最多的是表-莪术酮和β-姜黄酮。 Volatile components of Curcuma phaeocaulis was extracted by cellulase extraction(CE) method and distillation extraction(DSE) method.The chemical components were separated and identified by GC/MS.The experimental results confirm that 34 and 26 chemical components are identified from Curcuma phaeocaulis respectively.The components were analyzed quantitatively by normalization method.The amount of the identified components are account for more than 67.61% and 60.15% of all the volatile oils respectively.The main compounds of them are epi-curzerenone and β-tumerone.
