In the new period of increasing development of socio--politics, economy and culture, college counselors＇ work are closely related with the sustained and healthy development of higher education and their personal qualities play important role in the political and ideological work of the students. Ideological and political counselor should continue to enhance their quality construction, with excellent political and ideological quality, high moral quality, extensive cultural quality, good physical and mental quality, and strong ability quality. And college counselors should be the backbones in the political and ideological education of the students.
