摘要
目的采用全瓷试样,对四种全瓷材料进行透光度测试,为全瓷修复的临床应用提供参考依据。方法选择四种全瓷材料:IPS Empress 2、VITA In-Ceram AIumina、VITA In-Ceram Zirconia及CerconZircinia。每种材料各做出厚为(0.5±0.05)mm,直径为14mm之试样8片(n=8),使用色度计进行试样之透光度测试。结果透光度由高至低依序为Em2 0.5mm(0.78)、InA 0.5mm(0.94)、InZ 0.5mm(1.0)、Cer 0.5mm(1.0)。结论 IPS Empress 2为透光性最佳,适用于高度美观需求之前牙。VITA In-Ceram Alumina透光度偏低,而VITA In-Ceram Zirconia、Cercon均不透光,此二种烤瓷材料临床上宜应用于美观需求不高之后牙区。
Objective To investigate the potential difference in the translucency of four ceramic materials by testing the translucency of disc specimens with the same thickness of ceramic materials.Methods The study consisted of four groups of eight samples each,made in disc shape.All disc specimens were prepared(0.5±0.05)mm in thickness and 14mm in diameter.(n=8 per group).Group A: IPS Empress 2,Group B: VITA In-Ceram Alumina,Group C: VITA In-Ceram Zirconia,Group D: Cercon Zirconia.After being ground and polished with sandpaper,stimulate firing procedures(according to the manufacture′s recommendation) were applied to all specimens.The color meter was used to measure the translucency of specimens(0=transparent,1=opaque).Results Translucency Values: Group A: IPS Empress 2=0.78±0.026,Group B: VITA In-Ceram Alumina =0.94±0.008,Group C: VITA In-Ceram Zirconia =1.00±0.004,Group D: Cercon Zirconia= 1.00±0.005.Conclusions Under these conditions,IPS Empress 2 has significant higher translucency than that of several other all-ceramic materials,which can meet the esthetic demands of the anterior teeth.
