摘要
针对目前市场上竹浆纤维和粘胶纤维制品标注问题,提出了两者鉴别的迫切性,综合讨论了可能区分两者的一些方法。微观结构形态上,两者在纵向和横向截面上都有一定的差异;竹浆纤维或多或少地存在一些木质素,而粘胶纤维木质素含量几乎为零;此外,在燃烧性能、热力学性能、结晶度和红外光谱方面均有一定的差异,这些性能指标为两者的鉴别提供了依据。
Viewed of the fiber labeling problem in the production of bamboo pulp fiber and viscose fiber,the urgency of their identification has been raised.In this paper,some methods for the identification have been comprehensively discussed.For the microstructure morphology,there are some differences between bamboo pulp fiber and viscose fiber both on longitudinal and cross section.About lignin content,there is a little bit lignin contained in bamboo pulp fiber more or less whilst it is almost zero in viscose fiber.Their combustion property and thermodynamic properties as well as crystallinity and infrared spectroscopy are also different more or less.This performance index can provide evidences for the identification of them.
