摘要
用二相UASB反应器处理碱法草浆黑液,酸化相为8.87L的普通升流式反应器,甲烷相为28.75L的UASB反应器,系统温度35±1℃。结果表明:当酸化相进水COD5513~9555mg/L,SO42-8370~10401mg/L,pH值为5.5时,二相系统COD去除率为76.
The black liquor containing a high level of sulfate was treated with twophase UASB reactor A general upflow reactor with 8.87L was used as acidification phase,the UASB reactor with 28.75L was used as methane phase.The reaction temperature was 351.The results showed:when the influent in acidification phase was in the concentration of 55139550mgCOD/L,SO42- was in the concentration of 837010410mg/L and pH was 5.5,the COD removal efficiency in twophase system was 76.18%.
