摘要
基于工程机械监测技术的快速发展,分析了现代工程机械监测系统的特点,提出了现代工程机械对仪表系统的要求,并详细论述了工程机械虚拟仪表系统的硬件和软件设计方法;结合2000型铣刨机,对虚拟仪表在工程机械上的应用进行说明。
Based on the rapid development of monitor technology of construction machine, the characteristics of monitor system of modern construction machine are analyzed, and the requirements of instrument system are presented. Further more, the methods of hardware and software design for instrument system of construction machine are discussed in details. Combined with the 2000 type cold milling machine, the application of virtual instrument in construction machine is illustrated.
